The food here is bomb! Happy hour handrolls for $3, can't beat that! Staff are amazing and friendly. Does fill up but you can make reservations.
Pau Hana with my husband's work gang. Happy Hour was busier than normal for a work night - the place was packed! But despite that, the staff tried to serve us to the best of their ability. Food was pretty good, too.
The most fun I've ever had watching a soccer match, awesome environment and the happy hour hand rolls were fantastic. They were running a special where I got a bucket of white claws for $20 so that's about as good as it gets for a sports bar. Will definitely be back to watch NFL or other events.
Super lucky to have got a seat at the bar tonight booking fewer than 6 hours beforehand.
Our second time here, and not only did UH win, but everything else was great.
Service was friendly, frequent and attentive
The huge varied menu was intimidating for me, since such variety often means lacking in quality - but no! Everything we ordered was amazing. I’m not a big brisket fan on the reg, but this was the best I’ve tasted! (I’m not from the south or even the states, but gosh it was good, not fatty, nicely charred and amazing sauces, and tender enough to eat with chopsticks)
First time at Pitch on Dec 28 around 9pm for a late dinner and a couple drinks. We sat at the bar for convenience, but bartender barely acknowledged us even though there was only one other guy sitting at the bar. He seemed cool to familiar faces, but snobby to us. Either his situation awareness is horrible or he was intentionally ignoring us for some reason. I suppose we weren’t hip enough for his shallowness. Finally got his attention for a drink even though I already had a bad taste in my mouth, should have pulled chocks. When we finally got our first drink there was way too much head as if he didn’t have the time or patience for a proper pour. I figured we’d warm up to each other so I asked if the kitchen was still open. He replied that it was, but with not much more help. The menu can be obtained online, but no prices and you can’t place an order to avoid this disgruntled clown. He took our order, but the body language implied he didn’t care to give us the time of day. I suppose the burger was good, but this guy ruined it with his diva attitude. It took quite some time to order another beer to wash down the burger, even though I asked him when he was right in front of us washing or moving cups around. I’m sure he heard me since my dad can and he didn’t have his hearing aids on. My old man had to really raise his voice to get the bartenders attention When he walked up he asked if he wanted two of the same beers without even looking at me and again he poured at least a 1.5” head of foam. We scuffed down the beer anxious to get out of there. And again we had work to get his attention. i literally had to slam my hand on the counter for him to acknowledge us. I explained to this 40 some year old kid that this was the worst service I’ve ever had and left him with a zero tip. I have never left a zero tip, even when service was not great, but this was absolutely horrible. if I could I would rate this at a negative 5 stars for service.
It was my first time there, so didn't know what was good to eat. We ate the onion rings, deep-fried oysters, tofu salad, and steak. They were all so delicious! I really loved the onion rings! There was only 1 waiter/bartender working and 1 cook in the back, so service was a little slow, but once we got our food and drinks, we enjoyed ourselves!
There’s no where else I’d rather come for gameday!! The owner and staff are super cool and always make sure to take great care of everyone. The drinks/food are awesome- especially the sushi! Fun vibes all the way around. Mahalo Pitch for being the perfect gameday spot!
Came here on a whim and I was treated so kindly by the cute bolo head guy. Demitri took us to the table and was super efficient in getting our orders. Got our food and drinks real quick. They switched up on just one drink, but made it up by offering some shots. They really didn’t have to, but we appreciated it so much. By the way servers here, especially Demitri are thicccc 😋
